Bellingham, WA, May 10, 2024 – An article by Patrick Drum, portfolio manager and senior investment analyst at Saturna Capital, was published by Islamic Finance News on May 7, 2024. The article explained the attributes of US dollar-denominated sukuk.

Sukuk are Islamic-compliant financial certificates. The largest portion of the global sukuk market is denominated in Malaysian ringgit. In Mr. Drum’s article, he examined the investment attributes of sukuk denominated in the US dollar, especially those issued by the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).
