- Convenient email notices — Receive a notice by e-mail when your next statement or trade confirmation is available for viewing.
- Easy access — View up to three years of account statements and trade confirmations. Prospectuses and tax documents will still arrive via mail.
- Increased security — Online access enhances security and identity theft protection over paper mailing.
- Simplified recordkeeping — Save the electronic statement on your computer to reduce clutter, or print it out and file it away.
With e-Notification, you can get quick access to your brokerage statements and trade confirmations online, while reducing clutter and paper waste. Follow these easy steps to enroll today:
- Sign on to your online investment account.
- Click on "Account Details" from the "Select Action" drop-down box for the account in which you wish to enroll.
- Click "Edit Account Details" button. Enter an e-mail address under Account Holder. Go to "Document Delivery Instructions," select "Online," and choose the prefilled e-mail address from the drop-down box.
- Click "Save Edits" button and accept the agreement.
- Enjoy quick, easy access to your statements and trade confirmations.
