Quickstart Guide
Step 1: Determine if you qualify for a federal tax-deferred HSA.
Saturna Capital does not ñqualifyî HSA account holders. Consult a qualified
insurance professional in regard to insurance questions. Contact your local
tax professional or accountant for information regarding state HSA legislation.
Step 2: Complete the Saturna HSA Application.
This application can be found by downloading
our brochure in PDF format, or we'll be happy to mail it to you.
Step 3: Complete IRS Form 5305-B
This form "creates" the HSA. Available for download or in the HSA brochure.
Step 4: Return the application, Form 5305-B and your opening contribution check (minimum of $100).
